CHAMPS MEATS DRAGON FIRE BURGER COMPETITION

SATURDAY, AUG. 12 – 9AM – NORTH & MAIN (lot by pool)
JUDGING BEGINS @ 12PM

Arrive at 9am to set up and start whatever you might need to perp and cook, and we will start judging at 12:00pm once the judges are done then we will
open it up to people’s choice.
Each contestant will receive 8 lbs. of hamburger and 30 slider buns
No adding any other meats to the hamburger Only use what is provided.
A version of the winning burger will be featured/served at the legion for a limited time. So, you will have to share your recipe and how to cook it.
You will be expected to serve 5 judges and 30 sliders with your 8lbs. The judge’s burgers may be full size that is up to you and your judgment but we will NOT supply anything except the slider buns
